This lived experience led me into coaching, and into offering boutique people, leadership and wellbeing support for small to medium businesses.
Today, I work as an accredited Executive and Wellbeing Coach, combining a background in psychology, evidence-based wellbeing practices, and real-world leadership experience. I help professionals, leaders and business owners quiet the self-doubt, rebuild confidence, and find clarity, calm and direction — in life, leadership and career.
