I bring more than 20 years' experience working in senior people and leadership roles across Australia and the Asia Pacific, alongside my work as an executive and Wayfinder coach.
I've worked inside complex organisations. I understand the competing priorities, people dynamics and pressure leaders carry, and I also understand that a successful business can't come at the expense of the people delivering it.
